Our wonderful food hall brings together our best homemade products, locally sourced goods and our favourite picks from around the globe. We cater for every palette, so if you’re after a freshly baked sourdough, a homemade curry or a range of flavoursome meats for a family BBQ, everything you need is here at Forage.
You might have guessed that we’re a little obsessed with quality (alright, a lot). But you might not know that we have 3 production kitchens in house. It means we’re always trying something new.
Try our tasty scotch eggs, tempting salads or freshly roasted ham. Many of our deli delights are served in the restaurant too so if you’ve found a favourite dish, you can take it with you.
When it comes to baking we like to keep things uncomplicated. Simple quality ingredients for the simple pleasures in life.
All of our dough is proved overnight and our bakers are up at 4am, wafting us all awake with the smell of freshly baked bread and cakes as we arrive on site. All of our ingredients are organic and we don’t add any additives or preservatives (it’s off the shelves so fast, it doesn’t need preserving!)
We make cakes to order too. Cupcakes, traybakes, celebration cakes. We love cake (who doesn’t?) and we love the chance to get creative.
Like the good old days, we think it’s important to know where your food comes from. We’re all about quality over quantity. It’s why we’re fussy about the farms we buy from. We take pride in how we prepare our meat too, and that’s why we dry-age all of our grass-fed Herefordshire beef in house.
We love talking recipes and preparation too so if you need recommendations or you’d like to know how to get the best from a cut or joint, just pop down and ask!
